The Allianz Day

today i renewed my car insurance. for the first time. i first called the customer service how to pay. she said can pay anywhere at CIMB branch. i asked wat is the amount for this year, she said it is stated in the previous policy. ok la fine. so i went to sunway CIMB branch. i asked the CIMB Lady 1, can i pay with credit card, she said can no problem. i even showed her my insurance policy. the old one of course. i missed my number when i was busy filling up the form. Lady 2 said she already called another number and she asked me to take another number.

at the counter, Lady 2 was confused why i didn't bring the money. i said i want to pay my insurance with credit card. wat's the point of having cc if u need to carry ur money??!!Lady 2 said cannot must bring money.. i stupidly believe and went to take withdraw my money.

after withdrawed the money, i again took another number. Lady 3 ni baik sikit. and bijak sikit, at first she doesn't know how to do the transaction. but she asked her superior. no wonder they all didn't know what Commerce Assurance is. plus commerce changed the name to Allianz.

i asked Lady 3 how to obtain the new policy, she said the branch only takes care of the payment. so i need to call Lady 4. Lady 4 said, i paid too much for my insurance. but it's ok as i can have refund. and i need to go to Plaza Sentral to take my new policy.

so i did. went by RapidKL. cost me Rm2. during lunch, i noticed Lady 4 wrongly put my address. so i called. Lady 5 picked up as Lady 4 went for lunch. they will courier the corrected one to home. and so, there goes my day of Allianz. Better luck next time. on the way home, rewarded myself JCo Donuts. the one with long queues during weekends. Today not at all.. lucky me..
