It's 630 am friday in the morning.. aku mmg x leh lena sgt. semalam EM dtg jumpa kiterang.. skip level miting konon.. actually miting semalam sebab last week me n my colleagues miting ngn OM(operation manager) pasal ketidakpuasan hati. after treated like military cadets..kiterang komplen pasal EM (eng manager) tu.. we are all first timers.. aku buat dokumen aku x pernah aku suh drafter print out selagi lead aku @ mentor aku x approve. yg herannnye b4 submit kt client, bukannnye nak review.. main sign aje..
bila kena bambu ngn client, barula terhegeh hegeh nak salah kan PE(project engineer) ..masu ksorang - sorang dlm bilik miting bwk dokumen.. siap kena panggil sampah lagi.. masih terngiang ngiang phrases like .."You are slow.. / ur work is ur food.."
ohh i feel so underrated ... but byk hikmah after kejadian tu. ni dah nk masuk minggu ke 4 after the tragedy.. among us the PEs. kiterang semakin bersatu hati.. n kiterang makin faham la keje=keje engineering ni.. coz not all of us are from eng background... byk yg IT.. mamat EM ni dah bnyk bikin sampah kt honeywell.. ms jadi boss kt kemaman, 9 org berhenti keje. dah kena sound ngn singapore, lagi mau buat hal.. his replacement have to cuci all his sampah.. i heard now, his replacement pun da quit.. aiyoyo.. chaos la honeyhell ni..
aku x sangka ade org mcm ni dlm bidang yang so called professional n ternama la konon.. honeywell is an international company.. i'm so surprised this unprofessionalisme and disorientation in project management can happen.. bukan nye 1st time wat projek besar.. aduu...
ntah la.. bg aku skrg.. bila suma benda ni jadi.. it just boosts up my enthusiasisme to work harder/smarter.. coz this is the path i've chosen. and there's no turning back.. i'll do my best...
